ESSENTIAL FUCNTIONS:
1.  Develop a strategic growth plan for new business.
2.  Outline a timetable with attainable goals and benchmarks
3.  Manage time and resources to meet goals.
4.  Report activity on a regular basis.
5.  Maintain product knowledge and knowledge of changing market conditions and competitive issues.
6.  Identify and close sales opportunities  new clients.
7.  Partner with other team members to strengthen sales ability.
8.  Schedule presentations/in service calls to prospective organizations and potential clients.
9.  Consult on Client Care Management
10. Represent the company's image and delivery of premium quality service.
